According to Mrs. Benneh-Amponsah, MTN Ghana researches into the best ways to satisfy customers’ needs.
“We look for best practices, not just within our industry but other industries as well. We actually aspire to be global winners and compete with global brands,” she mentioned.
She shone light on the company’s achievements, which indicates their hardwork.
“November 2018, MTN was awarded the Global Gold Employer of the year. This gives you a feel of how far we stretch ourselves and how we want to benchmark ourselves,” she said.
She stated that they achieve the results they want because they make their customers a priority.
“When you put people first, you get the results that you want as an organization, because it’s the people who deliver, the results for you. Cliché as it may sound, it is the fact of the case. And when you do it right, you see the results and MTN is seeing it,” she stated.
She also added that every worker of MTN shares in the vision.
“The entire leadership of MTN is committed to people. It is not just an HR thing. Everybody who is in MTN sees the ‘People agenda’ as a priority for the organization, and we all strive to make the most out of it,” she concluded.
